02Job hazard analysisA written JHA per task: height, energized equipment, confined space, hot work.
03Impairment noticeOwner, monitoring station and AHJ notified before any system goes out of service.
04Lockout–tagoutValves, pumps and panels isolated and tagged, fire watch where required.
05Restore & verifySignals confirmed with the central station, sign-off documented.
