01 · Testing & inspections

Annual and quarterly testing, scheduled a year ahead.

We build your inspection calendar from the code requirements for each system on site, then hold the dates. You get reminders, not violations.

02 · Service & repair

Deficiency correction without a second vendor

Failed valves, seized pumps, corroded piping, dead panel batteries, trouble signals that never clear. Our inspection crews and repair crews share the same report, so nothing gets re-diagnosed on your dime.

03 · Design & installation

Stamped drawings, permits, install, close-out

Hydraulic calculations and shop drawings produced in-house, submitted to the AHJ, installed by our own fitters, and handed over with as-builts and O&M documentation.

04 · Backflow testing

Certified testing, filed on your behalf

Annual assembly testing by licensed BPATs, with the municipal paperwork submitted for you and repairs handled the same visit when an assembly fails.

05 · Hydrotesting

Cylinder testing on our own bench

Six-year and twelve-year hydrostatic testing for extinguishers and suppression cylinders: no third-party lag, loaners while yours are on the bench.

06 · Monitoring

UL-listed central station, cellular or IP

Alarm, supervisory and trouble signals monitored around the clock, with escalation lists you control and monthly signal history on request.

07 · Recharges & route service

Extinguisher programs on a fixed route

Monthly and annual extinguisher service on a set route, with recharges, tagging, replacements and a barcoded asset list per building.

08 · Code compliance

A cited building, cleared

Send us the citation. We interpret it, scope the corrections, price them in priority order, coordinate directly with the fire marshal, and give you the documentation package that closes the file.
